When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive the information you send through that service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, profile information, message, attachments and details about your project.

This website does not have an enquiry submission form or an account registration system. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal records or information you are not authorised to share.

We use the information you share to:

• Discuss project suitability, prepare proposals and arrange next steps.

Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn are provided by third parties. When you use those channels, their own privacy policies and terms also apply. Opening an external link takes you to a service we do not control.

Enquiry information may be processed by the communication and service providers needed to operate the studio, including providers whose systems are located outside your country. We share project information only as needed for agreed work, with your permission, or where legally required.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, carry out agreed work, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. The relevant retention period depends on the information and the nature of our relationship.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use an appropriate secure channel for confidential material.
